Shipping charges apply to all domestic purchases and are charged at cost. £ 5.00
All domestic orders are send by way of Special Recorded Delivery for fully insured next day delivery before 1.pm. by Royal Mail.
We will notify you when goods are dispatched by e-mail. International shipping contact us.

Any information that you send us is restricted to Window of the World all personal information is treated as confidential .We comply with the Data Protection Act DPA 1998.
Items can be returned, providing you send the item back in the same condition it was send for exchange for a period of up to 7 days from date of delivery. Before doing so please contact us via e-mail to obtain a returns number which should be clearly marked on outer packaging
You can return goods via post-office or courier once you have obtained your returns number. As you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us we recommend you use a signed for service as goods lost or go missing in transit cannot be exchanged .
